The week begin with preparations for the joyous adventure Daddy is taking me to. My visa for Malaysia runs out on 14th of July and needs to be renewed. Renewing my permit from here seems a distant dream, despite all the travel agents’ promises . . . it is soooooo not happening from here. This means, i have to leave the children and the nation that melt my heart and have fallen so in love with... Making memories together with the kids here has been amazing experience and the thought of leaving my precious kids just for a week to renew my visa is now a battle. Yet, this is a journey that i cannot disown so i set out with much heavy heart.
Markus drop me off at the Immigration in JB right after lunch at school. I had a rather disturbing time at the border with the guys there interrogating me for almost 35 minutes. They suddenly seem to be very interested in me and my life in Malaysia. I will not feed in details here . . . As they start questioning me i said a quick prayer in my heart and it ended with an amazing note.
Reached Singapore around 4 pm and head off straight to the Agent who represent the Malaysian Embassy. Give in all documents required the same day and tow off to Tacman to collect books i ordered for my grade 7 students. Met Lay Kian ( a friend who is an angel) and got a ride from her to the Pngs home.
It always is refreshing and rejuvenating to stay with the Pngs. I enjoy spending time with Eugene and Jenny, they are full of His wisdom and overflow with deep joy. Beautiful Ruthieeeeee, I just love everything about her. Experiencing His compassion, kindness and love in ways i have not experience and making memories together with them was such fun. Another person that mesmerize me is Debs,(Deborah McKeller)her creativity and just the way she flow gracefully is awesome.
Some of the fun thing i did - Dinner with the Pngs, Movies and Lunch with Ruth and making memories together – ha we have so many stories to tell our little ones one day . . . Reading, Lunch with Debs and chill out with her in her studio, Cooked Indian curry and dinner with Dichen, her fren and the Pngs. Time with Daddy and Endless favour of Him. Roiboos with dark chocolate @ McKellers overseeing the panoramic view of the China sea.
My visa came through for 1 more month . . . I was a little disappointed but did thank Daddy . . .He continue to open the door and Dad sure does have a better plan so i will follow as He lead.
well!!! he have his way!!!
